TT Concrete Products in-house computer design system enables the preparation of specific layout plans for block and beam floors. Producing the most economic floor layout for use with our prestressed concrete floor beams on brick, block or steel frame support, including individual structural calculations for submission to any checking authority. Our design team works closely with clients to produce bespoke concrete products to their specification.

TT Concrete Products modern production facility uses the latest technology to produce prestressed and reinforced concrete products to the highest standard. Manufactured in accordance with BS 8110 parts 1 and 2, using Aggregates to BS 882 and reinforcing and pre stressing wire to BS 5896-1980 our Quality Assurance System ensures that all concrete products reach the exacting standards required.

TT Concrete Products operate an efficient delivery service; ensuring products arrive on site safely and on schedule. Customers wishing to collect products may do so on prior arrangement with the production unit office.

TT Concrete Products offer a complete fixing service. Including the installation of block and beam flooring, staircases and bespoke concrete products. Working closely with site management TT Concrete Products fixing teams ensure quality of service throughout.
